Eaton Aerospace Group Mission Systems Division (MSD) Precision Control Systems (PCS) has an opening for a Senior Engineering Manager located at the Cambridge and Cheltenham, UK facilities. The Senior Engineering Manager position has direct reporting to the Director, Engineering MSD. The primary function of this position is Head of Engineering for the Critical Controls, Stores Ejection, and Data Processing value streams. This role manages engineering on new product development & introduction, research & development programs, and aftermarket programs working collaboratively with the program management and in-service support teams.The primary responsibilities of the role include organizational capability development, global Aerospace alignment, improved program execution using disciplined engineering processes, risk management and portfolio/resource planning using leading indicators & metrics.
