We are seeking a Head of Engineering with a strong and successful technical lead experience of more than 10 years to join our dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
- Lead and oversee all technical analysis, specifications, and estimation to ensure they are complete and accurate, leading to top quality written specifications, strategy, and implementation.
- Facilitate the smooth delivery of product enhancements and support delivered by the team.
- Help plan future-proof reusable core code libraries, which can be shared to drive further efficiencies throughout the team.
- Take control over critical support instances and implement the correct escalation and processes to manage and resolve issues as soon as possible.
