Job Description
The Head of Engineering is responsible for leading and integrating all engineering, technical, and maintenance functions across the organization. This role ensures operational excellence by driving efficient production support, robust maintenance process, new product development (NPD), and technology advancement, while aligning engineering strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all engineering, maintenance, industrial engineering, and technical operations across plant and head office to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance systems to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
