A global science-based manufacturing organisation is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the engineering function at a high-compliance production facility in Munster. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for capital strategy, engineering performance, utilities and asset care, people development and site investment planning.
The site operates in a regulated, high-care manufacturing environment with significant automation, powder-processing technologies and strict quality standards. The successful candidate will join the Site Leadership Team and will play a central role in shaping the future capability and performance of the facility, including supporting the introduction of new process technologies.
