Job Description
We are looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager to lead and drive delivery excellence for Implementations and Infrastructure Network Rollout activities . The role is responsible for managing service delivery execution, operational performance, people leadership, financial management, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Ericsson processes, standards, and strategies.
The scope includes management of internal workforce and ARPs/ASPs involved in telecom infrastructure deployment, implementation, and rollout activities. The role acts in accordance with the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promotes Ericsson values, ethics, and culture to drive high performance and operational excellence.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end service delivery execution for PHPI implementations and infrastructure network rollout projects
- Ensure delivery performance against defined KPI, SLA, quality, cost, and timeline targets
