We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Engineering to lead our technology vision, engineering teams, and delivery excellence. This role will be responsible for driving platform scalability, cloud transformation, and operational efficiency while aligning technology with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology strategy, solutioning, and delivery across all products and platforms.
- Oversee and mentor engineering teams, ensuring high performance, scalability, and quality output.
- Own and manage technical operations, including infrastructure planning, performance, and reliability.
- Drive the transition and modernization of systems within the .NET ecosystem.
