Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Design Strategy (40%)
- Develop annual design direction aligned with brand development goals and international expansion strategy (especially the US, Thailand, and Southeast Asia).
- Develop seasonal collections (Spring/Summer – Fall/Winter) and special product lines.
- Standardize design DNA across product lines.
- Research and forecast global fashion trends, applying them to actual products.
2. Product Development & Commercialization (35%)
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: Idea Sketch Techpack Sampling Launch.
- Coordinate with R&D (fabric & material research), Sourcing, and Merchandising departments to optimize cost, quality, and timeline.
- Ensure first‑sample approval rate 85% and on‑time development 90%.
3. Team Management (25%)
