Our client is the manufacturing subsidiary of a large conglomerate and they are looking for a Head of Finance. This person will provide support to the Managing Director to oversee and manage all activities under the Finance department to ensure all the tasks are delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Set-up, lead, guide & oversee document control function for the FinanceDepartment.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management reports & manages the costing & budgeting and forecast processes.
- Manage and analyse financial performance, cash flow and capital allocation.
- Ensure financial reporting is in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
- Updating board quarterly on financials.
