My client that is part of the mining sector is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager. This is a global organization that has opened its doors over 90 years ago. The successful individual will be a strong leader who would manage the finance function in accordance with the company’s framework and values.
Duties
- Manage financial and statutory compliance
- Governance of financial policies
- Manage the preparation of annual financial statements
- Manage the treasury activities
- Control all financial data integrity
- Tax review
- Manage the preparation of information for the BBBEE audits
Education and experience
- CA(SA)
- At least 6 years post article experience in the corporate environment
