HSBC Asset Management’s Investment Technology team is evolving our Investment Decision Support Tools (DST) to be faster, smarter and more scalable—so our investment teams can make better decisions, with stronger controls, in real time.
We’re looking for a Head of Financial Engineering & Rapid Development to take a hands‑on approach in building advanced analytics and models, shaping the DST target architecture, and leading a specialist Rapid Development & Financial Engineering sub‑team delivering high‑impact capabilities across portfolio optimisation, risk, predictive signals and AI‑driven asset management.
In this role you’ll:
- Design, build and deliver quantitative models and analytics (optimisation, risk, predictive signals) in C# and Python, with a strong focus on production quality.
