Apointe are partnering on a retained basis with a private equity-backed organisation operating within the energy infrastructure sector, as they look to appoint a commercially driven Head of FP&A. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-impact leadership role sitting at the centre of financial strategy, operational performance and long-term value creation.
This is not a traditional, reporting-led FP&A position.
The business operates in a fast-paced, capital-intensive environment where finance is expected to influence decision-making, challenge performance and drive commercial outcomes in real time.
