There is a realistic opportunity to progress to Finance Director (#1) within 2-3 years of being in the business. This is a key leadership role within the commercial finance team, responsible for delivering strategic insight, driving business performance, and supporting senior stakeholders with high-quality analysis and decision-making support. The successful individual will have proven leadership capabilities, a background of working closely with sales teams to substantially increase revenues and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
