Head of FP&A

Your new company I am working with a fast-growing insurance business in London looking for a Head of FP&A to join the team in London. Reporting to the CFO, this is a broad role taking ownership of the FP&A process. Your new role This is a broad and varied role with key responsibilities including: Develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) to support decision making across all sites and head office. Build strong financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases. Prepare monthly variance reports and management summaries, providing accurate and actionable insights. Improve reporting tools, including dashboards and in month metrics, to drive data led decision making. Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of economic changes on financial performance.
