The GCD Head China will lead the China based Global Clinical Development (GCD) team and is responsible for the asset and non-asset projects allocated within their accountability.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Strategic Team Leadership: Lead and manage the China-based Global Clinical Development (GCD) team, assuming overall accountability for all assigned asset and non-asset clinical projects in the region.
  • Regulatory & Clinical Innovation: Establish robust, innovative, and GCP-compliant clinical study designs and development programs that successfully navigate China’s regulatory landscape while enriching global asset pipelines.
  • Global-Local Alignment: Partner closely with Global Asset Teams to align on strategic plans that deliver pre- and post-approval milestones, optimize patient access, and support life cycle management (LCM).
