We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Global Project‑Specific Costing function. In this key role, you will guide an international team responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost structures for complex onshore wind projects. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, Finance and Service, ensuring consistency, transparency, and strong commercial impact across regions.
Your Tasks
- Lead and develop the Global Project‑Specific Costing team across multiple countries
- Review and validate project cost calculations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Align with Sales Management and cross‑functional stakeholders to optimize assumptions and cost drivers
- Approve costing‑related risks in regional approval processes
- Improve and standardize global costing processes and reporting frameworks
