- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within the semiconductor industry.
- Engineering degree in Electronics or Microelectronics.
- Expert-level proficiency in:
IATF 16949,
ISO 9001,
and automotive core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP).
- Proven track record in leading global quality teams and driving organizational change.
Missions and Tasks:
