Job Description
As a Head of Growth Marketing, you will own demand generation end‑to‑end for one of the world's largest influencer and creator marketplaces. You will set strategy, manage a network of external contractors, and be held fully accountable to signups, traffic, and pipeline targets. We are looking for a seasoned growth marketer with deep expertise in SEO, programmatic SEO, AEO, CRO, and paid acquisition. The channels are already running. What we need is the strategic and accountability layer on top. You will report directly to the founders with access to engineering, design, and PM resources. You will have full influence over which external partners we keep, replace, or expand.
