Head of Growth & Performance Marketing

A HealthTech company in Dubai needs someone to own patient growth at the highest level. Not manage campaigns. Own the entire engine.
The foundations are there across paid social, search, SEO, CRM, and a contact centre already running. What's missing is the leader who sets the vision, holds the P&L, and builds a world-class growth function that directly impacts clinical outcomes.
You report to the Founders. You own the number.
What You’ll Focus On- Define and execute the long‑term growth roadmap; translate the founder’s vision into a data‑driven acquisition strategy across paid, organic, partnerships, and brand.
- Lead and scale the Growth Marketing team, BD function, and Patient Contact Centre with direct management accountability.
