GardaWorld Kampala, Uganda
Contact and Cooperation:
Internally: Main cooperation with the Head of Security Operations, Managing Director, Head of Departments, Head Controller.
Externally: Clients, Government agencies, Security Companies, and Unions.
Job Summary:
The Head of Guarding is responsible for the direction and control of all commercial and operational aspects of the Guarding Business Unit to ensure efficient delivery and service to all internal and external customers. The position ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction whilst achieving organic growth and financial success.
