Head of Human Resources – Group HR Lead
Lead the Human Resources function across the entire Group, supporting rapid international growth and organizational development.
Responsibilities- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition across all group companies.
- Manage employee performance reviews, internal career development, and talent retention strategies.
- Act as an internal career advisor and support employee growth within the Group.
- Supervise HR financial control, payroll structures, budgeting, and P&L-related HR analysis.
- Support management in organizational scaling and international expansion.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Strong international profile with proven international experience.
- Previous experience in e-commerce and digital business environments is mandatory.
