-Build and oversee HR team to support 1,000+ team members in the future
-Recruit enough employees who fit with our culture and skill requirement
-Manage labor contract, salary, compensation, social insurance for employees
-Build performance management systems and improvement system
-Build employee orientation, development, and training program
-Engage employee success of whole company
Qualifications/Requirement
-Native in Vietnamese and Business English
-5+ years in similar roles
-Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, Eager to learn new things.
-Good communication skills, hard and smart working, enthusiasm.
-We need all candidates to understand and share our vision and core values.
Salary Benefit
