- Lead the school's people strategy in alignment with overall organisational priorities
- Provide steady leadership during periods of organisational transition and reset
Organisational Resilience & Capability
- Strengthen organisational resilience through effective structure, succession planning, and talent pipelines
- Drive consistency and adoption of SOPs across the school
- Support leaders in managing performance, engagement, and change
Leadership & Talent Development
- Build leadership capability at all levels through targeted development initiatives
- Address inconsistencies in talent development and performance management
- Foster a coaching and accountability culture across leadership teams
