Head of HR Shared Services

Eduvos is looking to employ the services of a Head of HR Shared Services . The successful candidate may be based at our worksite offices at Parc Du Cap (Tyger Valley, Cape Town), or alternatively at our Eduvos Bedfordview campus (Johannesburg).

Purpose of Role

The Head of HR Shared Services is accountable for the design, optimisation, and delivery of efficient, compliant, and customer-centric HR operations across Eduvos. This role leads the centralised HR Shared Services function, ensuring seamless service delivery across the employee lifecycle, integrating payroll, HR systems, and administrative processes into a high-performing, scalable, and digitally enabled service model.
