The National HSEQ Business Partner leads the operational delivery of HSEQ across the organisation, ensuring corporate HSEQ strategy is effectively embedded into day-to-day operations through strong leadership, risk management and senior management partnering. Key accountabilities Tasks and Responsibilities 1. Lead the HSEQ Business Partnering Function
- Lead and develop a national team of HSEQ Business Partners and Advisors aligned to regions, divisions and operational leaders
- Establish the HSEQ Business Partner model as trusted advisors to General Managers and operational leadership teams
- Set expectations, priorities and performance measures for HSEQ partnering team delivery
