Head of Human Resources

Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)

Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 (flexible up to €80,000 DOE)


We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to join the Senior Management Team of a leading producing theatre. This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced, creative environment, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on HR delivery.


The Role


You will partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver the HR strategy, while leading day-to-day HR operations across a blended workforce of core staff, cast, and crew.


Key areas include:

  • HR strategy, culture, and organisational development

  • Employee relations and engagement

  • Recruitment and workforce planning

  • HR operations, systems (HR Locker), and compliance

  • Performance, talent development, and inclusion initiatives
