Position Summary
The Head of Insurance Operations will work with the leadership team to oversee the entire insurance operations services, implementing business strategies and achieving world‑class delivery of Allianz Services Malaysia. The role leads initiatives to ensure efficient, effective and customer‑oriented delivery across all services.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve operational excellence by overseeing the execution of our service lines, functions systems, processes and procedures and leading corrective measures as necessary.
- Manage and oversee office facilities, logistics, IT, supplier management and project management functions, including Information Security Management System, Protection and Resilience framework, Data Privacy & regulatory aspects, ESG strategy and onsite support.
- Collaborate with Heads of Global Service Lines and local/regional management to ensure delivery standards are achieved.
