Project Investment Evaluation & Development
Conduct market research, feasibility study, investment assessment and full‑process management for overseas PV projects, with a focus on Southeast Asia. Carry out policy research, land resource review and environmental impact assessment to ensure compliance with regulations and market demands. Evaluate capital requirements, formulate financing plans and support fund arrangement.
Project Execution & Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of PV projects including project initiation, development, construction and operation. Maintain sound communication with local governments, energy authorities, industry associations and partners to secure policy support and resources. Lead land leasing, EIA, technical solution confirmation and administrative approval to ensure on‑time project delivery.
