Key Responsibilities 1. Investment Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute the Company’s investment strategy across mining, metals, energy, commodity trading and industrial sectors.
- Identify strategic investment, acquisition, joint venture and partnership opportunities in ASEAN, China and other international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with project owners, government agencies, financial institutions, strategic partners and industry stakeholders.
- Lead commercial, operational and financial evaluation of investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, feasibility studies and risk assessment.
- Coordinate financial modelling, valuation analysis and investment return assessment.
- Manage legal, financial, technical and compliance due diligence processes.
