Head of IS Engineering at Centrica
Location: UK-based hybrid role, occasional travel to site.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of engineering platforms, owning the full software development lifecycle from design through to run, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned to business and customer needs, with a strong integration of Salesforce capabilities.
- Drive the design and implementation of new features and enhancements, using a data-led, experimentation-focused approach to shape current and future architecture across multiple engineering disciplines and Salesforce.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of engineering managers and senior engineers, setting clear technical direction, participating in design reviews, and building a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
