Head of Islamic Banking & Retail Strategy

Tandemsearch is seeking a Senior Head of Islamic Banking to execute and lead the bank's approved strategy while ensuring Shari’ah compliance in all products and services. You will be responsible for aligning product capabilities with customer needs and fostering revenue growth through effective collaboration.

With at least 10 years of experience in a senior management role within a reputed Islamic Bank, you will require advanced knowledge of UAE banking regulations, Shari’ah principles, and proven skills in stakeholder engagement and product management.
