Head of IT Transformation / IT Director (Transformation Programme)
Location: South West (Hybrid)

Contract - 18 Month FTC
We are supporting a leading organisation undergoing a significant, multi-year business and technology transformation. As part of this journey, they are looking to appoint an experienced IT leader to take ownership of the technology strategy and delivery across a large-scale enterprise transformation programme.
This is a senior, high-impact role where you will act as the bridge between business and technology, working closely with executive stakeholders to shape and deliver a modern, scalable IT landscape.
The Role
- Define and lead the IT strategy aligned to a complex, organisation-wide transformation programme
- Own the end-to-end technology roadmap covering infrastructure, applications, data, and security
