Job Description
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages the post-integration of the business operations, compliance, alignment and control of The Company and investment funds.
- Developing the businesses and services for Japanese companies who expand into Southeast Asia market, including the listing in Singapore Stock Exchange.
- Japanese companies’ (those who are based in Singapore and/or other Asian countries) account development and management.
- Develop the business expansion support services for Singapore companies to expand into the Japan market.
Job Qualifications & Skills Preferred/Required
- Bachelor Degree holder and above with at least 5 years of senior level work experience
- Professional fluency in English and Japanese
- Strong understanding of post-merger integration, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks
