About the role
- Own and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of last mile delivery.
- Lead a high-performing team across multiple geographies to ensure consistent and reliable delivery services.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Fulfillment, and Customer Experience teams to improve delivery flows, systems, and customer satisfaction.
