A high-growth international infrastructure and technology business is seeking a Head of Legal to lead legal support across its European operations.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a commercially minded legal leader who can operate as a trusted business partner across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal support across European commercial and corporate matters
- Draft, negotiate and advise on complex commercial agreements
- Oversee corporate governance and entity management
- Advise on regulatory, compliance, and employment matters
- Support strategic projects, expansion initiatives, and cross-border transactions
- Manage external counsel and build scalable legal processes
- Partner closely with senior business stakeholders across Europe and globally
