Job Description
The Head of Legal shall lead and oversee the legal affairs of a multidisciplinary group of companies operating across multiple sectors and jurisdictions in the UAE. The role is responsible for managing the Group’s legal function, providing strategic legal advice to management and boards, overseeing legal risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing disputes, governance, commercial transactions, and external legal counsel. The role requires a senior in-house legal professional with substantial UAE experience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to manage complex and sensitive legal matters at Group level.
