Legal Strategy & Advisory

  • Act as chief legal advisor to the Board of Directors and senior management on all legal matters
  • Provide legal guidance to support business strategy, investment decisions, and operational activities
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across the group


    • Regulatory & Mining Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian mining laws and regulations, including: Mining licenses (IUP, IUPK, RKAB, PPKH, IPPKH)Environmental regulations (AMDAL, reclamation & post-mining obligations)Energy and mineral resources regulations
