Job Description
POSITION: AVP/HEAD, LITIGATION AND LABOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Litigation Management
- Oversee all litigation cases (civil, criminal, administrative) involving the company
- Develop strategies and direct the handling of complex and high-risk disputes
- Review pleadings, legal positions, and case developments
- Manage and supervise external counsel
Labor and Employment
- Lead handling of labor cases before NLRC, DOLE, and other agencies
- Provide legal guidance on employee discipline, termination, and labor issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support HR and management on labor relations and dispute resolution
Risk and Compliance
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies
