Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Industrial & Logistics to lead and expand our Industrial & Logistics business in Spain, driving advisory, leasing and investment activity across one of the fastest-growing sectors within the real estate market.
This person will play a key role in strengthening Dils Spain’s positioning within the logistics and industrial sector, leading business development initiatives, managing strategic client relationships and supporting the growth of the platform both nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Industrial & Logistics business line in Spain across leasing, investment and advisory activities.
- Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities with occupiers, investors, developers and logistics operators.
