We are recruiting a new head of maintenance role in London. You will be responsible for maintenance delivery across multiple commercial buildings in London and be managing a large team of maintenance managers and engineers.

- Maintenance and engineering strategy including improvement of service delivery
- Contractor relationship development and management
- Management of a large multi discipline maintenance division across multiple locations in London
