We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Head of Marketing Communications (MarCom) to lead bNovate’s global marketing communication activities and strengthen our market presence across international water and industrial sectors.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will drive brand visibility, thought leadership, product communication, digital marketing initiatives, content strategy, public relations, and event execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong B2B marketing communication expertise with the ability to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with customers, partners, media, and industry stakeholders.
The role is primarily office‑based with occasional remote work.
