Head of Marine, Facultative, Asia What the day will look like
- Develop, lead, and take responsibility for the Asia region’s revenue growth strategies within the Reinsurance area of the Marine Specialty.
- Build a Regional team to establish the Specialization investing in local resources, identifying, and attracting new talent if needed.
- Specialty Practice Group creation, cadence of communication, constant training and information sharing through email distribution and webex events with Asia team resources becoming a Regional team.
- Perform a Reinsurance Market assessment/sizing in the region.
- Review in detail current portfolio and ongoing year plan, establish, manage, and grow Asia regional pipeline to meet the year growth targets/goals.
