What the day will look like
+ Develop, lead, and take responsibility for the Asia region’s revenue growth strategies within the Reinsurance area of the Marine Specialty.
+ Build a Regional team to establish the Specialization investing in local resources, identifying, and attracting new talent if needed.
+ Specialty Practice Group creation, cadence of communication, constant training and information sharing through email distribution and webex events with Asia team resources becoming a Regional team.
+ Perform a Reinsurance Market assessment/sizing in the region.
