Position: Marketing Communications Head
CTC: Up to 14 LPA (based on experience & fit)
Location: Kolkata
Experience:
10–15 years in Marketing / Branding / Communications
Must have held leadership roles such as Marketing Head / Branding Head / Marketing Communications Head or equivalent
Role Snapshot:
End-to-end ownership of marketing communications with ~70% focus on digital & performance marketing
Strong exposure to branding, ATL/BTL, events, project marketing, and corporate communication
Responsible for campaign strategy, ROI, analytics, CRM workflows, website communication, and brand consistency
Lead and manage internal teams, agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets
Preferred Background:
Real Estate or Advertising Agencies preferred
FMCG / consumer-driven industries may be considered
