This is not a sit-on-the-sidelines role. You'll lead our marketing strategy end to end, drive lead generation, grow brand awareness, and bring campaigns to life across multiple channels in a business that values creativity, bravery, and results.

What you'll be doing:
- Owning and delivering Babington's marketing strategy - short, mid and long-term
- Driving B2B lead generation and supporting key growth areas
