Charlotte Tilbury is looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing for our European team. We are looking for a candidate that is ready to take on a highly fast‑paced, creative and strategic role, managing a large and talented team responsible for 3 sub‑functions: Trade Marketing, Category Marketing & Regional Media.
As Head of Marketing you will act as the regional brand guardian, inspiring your team & wider functions, regionally & globally, creating and implementing a retail‑focused & record‑breaking marketing strategy within the scope of the overarching regional & global objectives.
The role requires a driven and highly competent senior marketeer who has a deep understanding of the luxury/beauty industry and has their finger on the pulse when it comes to future trends. We are looking for a superstar who shares our passion to make everyone in the world feel the most beautiful version of themselves!
