Description
This is a function-building role. There is no large team to inherit and no established playbook to follow. You will define the marketing strategy for Europe, build the capability to execute it and connect marketing activity directly to commercial outcomes.
You will work closely with our incoming Commercial Director, and across product, sales and operations. The role has visibility at group level and influence across every market we operate in.
You will report into our Commercial Director, and sit within the European commercial leadership team. You will work closely with Andrew, our CEO, and the wider leadership group across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands.
