Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing, you will lead a dedicated team of digital marketers and livestream creators. Your primary mandate is aggressive, high-volume lead generation. This role requires a blend of creative social commerce strategy and a deep, tactical understanding of running performance ads within high-scrutiny, heavily restricted advertising niches. Key Responsibilities: Performance & Lead Generation: Design, deploy, and scale high-converting paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive a consistent, massive volume of inbound leads. TikTok Live & Video Commerce: Build, manage, and optimize a dedicated livestreaming unit (including hosts and production crew) to turn TikTok Live into a primary customer acquisition funnel.
