Head of M&E Department

As the General Manager, you will provide leadership to the M&E Team both in Head Office and on Site, ensuring professional and dutiful execution of their roles. Your responsibilities include:

• Corporate Targets
  • Plan and deliver yearly and mid‑term award, sales and profit targets set by Corporate Headquarters.
• Human Resources
  • Develop career trajectories and competency training for all M&E staff.
  • Set KPIs and monitor performance of all M&E staff.
• Design and Tender
  • Ensure the optimal design, including specifications and drawings, to develop a common basis for the quotation of each service in each tender.
  • Develop and maintain a good pool of subcontractors to support the Company in Tender and Works.
