Duties of the General Manager of M&E Department are:
As the General Manager, you will provide leadership to the M&E Team both in Head Office and on Site, ensuring professional and dutiful execution of their roles. Your responsibilities include:
- Corporate Targets
- Plan and deliver yearly and mid‑term award, sales and profit targets set by Corporate Headquarters.
- Human Resources
- Develop career trajectories and competency training for all M&E staff.
- Set KPIs and monitor performance of all M&E staff.
- Design and Tender
- Ensure the optimal design, including specifications and drawings, to develop a common basis for the quotation of each service in each tender.
- Develop and maintain a good pool of subcontractors to support the Company in Tender and Works.
