Qualifications
- A Degree in finance or related fields with ideally 10 – 15 years of experiences in buy‑side financial services institution.
- Proven record of accomplishment in renewable energy development, including experience taking projects through financing.
- Skilled in leading transactions, negotiations, financial modelling and leading due diligence.
- Results‑oriented leader with the ability to work independently within a large matrixed organization while effectively interfacing with the various cross‑functional employee groups.
- Possess a detailed knowledge of local regulatory and legal frameworks within the renewables space (planning, permits and environmental policy).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders on evening and weekends.
