Job Overview
Talentmarkare is recruiting for a Head of MSAT to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation that develops and manufactures veterinary products. This role will be based on site in Dundee and is a permanent position.
The Role
You will lead the strategic direction, delivery and continuous improvement of all technical service operations and tech transfers across the Dundee site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MSAT and AS&T teams, proactively developing team members and ensuring that the technical competencies/knowledge to support the site's processes are in place.
- Responsible for budgetary control and team performance management.
- Manage new product introduction and process improvement activities throughout the site, including processes and associated documentation.
